We discussed all potential upgrades, from filter systems to lighting and pool surfacing, and he was up front about any added costs of those options. Whenever I woke up in the middle of the night with some unfounded concern, he always responded to my early calls or texts. He is familiar with all aspects of the pool industry, and knows where to get answers for any questions that may be unique. Take your time when selecting your pool installer, as any salesperson can sell you a pool...but will they be the one you call if you have any questions?
